Return & Refund Policy

All items in the San Pacho Shop are made to order and sold as preorders. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item you receive is defective or incorrect.

Please review your order details carefully before placing it, including sizing, item selection, and shipping address. As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from this order within 14 days of receiving it. See our Withdrawal Form for details.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at merch@2night-global.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
